Various packages for this year’s registrations have been structured.
The Conference Package includes:
1. Conference registration fees
2. Golf on Sunday 7 September at Wild Coast Sun Golf Course
3. Welcome Function on Sunday evening at Wild Coast Sun
4. Farewell Function on Tuesday evening at Wild Coast Sun
5. Accommodation includes bed and breakfast
6. Lunches and teas from the Monday to Wednesday are included for the delegates
7. Delegate handouts
8. Accompanying persons can attend Welcome & Farewell Functions at no additional cost
9. Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the conference proceedings
It is recommended that this registration information is read and once you have decided which conference package suits your needs, then access the registration page.
Conferencing will be at the Wild Coast Sun where all the accommodation has been reserved for the duration of the conference. Limited accommodation
is also available at the Mondazur Resort Estate Hotel on the San Lameer Estate. Delegates choosing to stay at Mondazur will have to make their own transport arrangement to and from the conference venue.
Very attractive accommodation rates for the Wild Coast Sun hotel have been negotiated for delegates wishing to arrive before the start of the conference
or who wish to stay on afterwards. These additional bookings should be made directly with the hotel once you have received your unique conference
registration confirmation.
The conference will officially start with the Welcome Function on the Sunday evening but for delegates who wish to partake there will be our traditional
icebreaker golf day on Sunday.
The golf will take place at the championship Wild Coast Sun Golf Course (http://www.sa-venues.com/golf/ec_wild_coast.htm) and the shotgun start will be at 09h30. The conference will end at afternoon tea on Wednesday. The preliminary conference programme is listed below.
All registrations have to be done online at www.satnac.org.za please. Upon completion of the registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you and within 3 working days an invoice will be sent to you which will indicate that your chosen package is available. However, your booking is only confirmed upon payment, which should be done with 21 days after the invoice date, else it will automatically be released.
