It is recommended that this registration information is read along with the venue and accommodation information.  Once you have decided which conference package suits your needs, please access the registration page to proceed with registration process.

As per usual, conference packages incorporating conference registration and accommodation have been prepared.  Although numerous packages have been structured, we have limited options available per package.

All registrations have to be done online.  Upon completion of the registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you and within 10 working days an invoice will follow.

However, your booking is only confirmed upon payment, which should be done within 21 days after the invoice date.  Bookings not paid within the required date could be automatically released.

A final logistical update will be sent to registered and paid up delegates about 2 weeks before the conference. Please visit the website regularly to check for updates. Updates will also be posted on the SATNAC facebook page:

The Conference Registration package includes:

1. Conference registration fees
2. Golf on Sunday, 2 September 2012
3. Welcome Function on Sunday evening, 2 September 2012
4. Farewell Function on Tuesday evening, 4 September 2012
5. Accommodation includes bed and breakfast
6. Lunches and teas from Monday to Wednesday are included for the delegates
7. Delegate handouts
8. Accompanying persons can attend Welcome & Farewell Functions at no additional cost

Excludes:

1. Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the conference proceedings
2. Accompanying persons are not permitted to the Conference lunches
