Terms and Conditions
1. The sharing rate applies to a maximum of two people per room and both must be registered as a delegate.
2. The quoted rate for a double room includes the registration cost of the delegate and Bed and Breakfast accommodation for the accompanying person, who is not permitted to attend the conference proceedings.
3. Registrations will be confirmed within 5 working days after receipt of the registration.
4. The Local Organizing Committee reserves the right to automatically release your booking 21 days after the invoice date if it has not been paid in full.
5. Payments can be submitted by Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Direct Deposit (South African delegates only) as stated on the invoice.
6. All payments should be made to SATNAC.
7. All fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR).
8. All hotels might request a Credit Card imprint upon check in to cover extras not included.
9. Credit card payments will be processed within 5 -
10. Credit card payments will be calculated, equal to the Rand amount, according to the rate of exchange on the actual day processed.
11. Please indicate SATNAC 2019 and your reference number or name on all money transfers.
12. It is the responsibility of international delegates to ensure that the amount (in foreign currency) submitted for payment is equal to the Rand amount (registration fee).
13. The request for sizes of sweatshirt is for planning purposes only.
14. All cancellations must be received in writing.
