Conference packages incorporate conference registration as well as accommodation. Although numerous packages have been structured, we have limited options available per package. Upon completion of the registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you and within 10 working days an invoice will follow.

Transport
A shuttle from Johannesburg to and from the Drakensberg will be organised by the conference for delegates who may need such a service. If you're interested in making use of the shuttle service, please indicate your interest when completing your conference registration. The cost of travel and transportation logistics will be communicated to delegates after confirmation.
Check-in and check-out times:
Please take note of check-in and check-out times at the respective hotels. Should you arrive earlier or leave later than the normal check-in and check-out times and you want your room to be available, it would be advisable to book an additional night.
Conference Package for delegates includes:

- Delegate handouts
- Lunches and teas from Monday to Tuesday are included for the delegates
- Accompanying persons staying at one of the conference hotels can attend Welcome & Farewell Functions at no additional cost
Conference Package for delegates excludes:
- Services and activities of a personal nature are not provided by the conference, and will be for the guests own account. This includes additional meals, room service, laundry, spa treatments, telephone calls, etc.
- Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the conference proceedings.
- Accompanying persons are not permitted to the conference lunches.
- The sharing rate applies to a maximum of two people per room and both must be registered as a delegate.
- The quoted rate for a double room includes the registration cost of the delegate and Bed and Breakfast accommodation for the accompanying person, who is not permitted to attend the conference proceedings.
- Registrations will be confirmed within 5 working days after receipt of the registration.
- The Local Organising Committee reserves the right to automatically release your booking 21 days after the invoice date if it has not been paid in full.
- Payments can be submitted by Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Direct Deposit (South African delegates only) as stated on the invoice.
- All payments should be made to SATNAC.
- All fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR).
- All hotels might request a Credit Card imprint upon check in to cover extras not included.
- Credit card payments will be processed within 5 - 7 working days of receipt of the registration.
- Credit card payments will be calculated, equal to the Rand amount, according to the rate of exchange on the actual day processed.
- Please indicate SATNAC 2023 and your reference number or name on all money transfers.
- It is the responsibility of international delegates to ensure that the amount (in foreign currency) submitted for payment is equal to the Rand amount (registration fee).
- The request for sizes of sweatshirt is for planning purposes only.
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- If a booking is cancelled 90 - 61 days prior to arrival 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled 60 - 31 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled 30 - 16 days prior to arrival 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If booking is cancelled 15 - 0 days prior to arrival/or in the case of a no-show a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
